An investor in utilities would have been much happier than an investor in Cisco last year.

I don't have the numbers in front of me so perhaps you'd be good enough to share how utilities have done in relation to Cisco in say the past 5-7 years.Thanks

Well you know the answer to that one.

I wouldn't touch a utility with a ten foot pole here, there are exceptions but very few,especially in the short run.

This could be a trading opportunity if you look out a few years. (That assumes some big regulatory problems get fixed!)
