I hope your view keeps you healthy, wealthy and wise.

Thanks, I'll settle for two out of three, wisdom is never appreciated until after you're dead. <g>

High,

Looks like you could buy back those calls for 7/16, maybe 3/8. Take the profit, guarantee that your Intel shares don't get called, and maybe sell some more Jan calls if Intel rallies next week.

John

Re:"good luck to you and thanks for the kind apology!"

HTH...I've been following your travails on a daily basis and have great sympathy for you but I don't think Robert needed to apologize for anything. In my view, and despite all the compassionate people who have given you excellent advice, he gave you an analysis that contained the most wisdom. As an Intel investor since the early 70's I have done very well and after a debacle with margin a number of years ago vowed never to do it again. However gaining confidence with all the tools available from the net, CNBC, and this group I scooped up some more INTC on margin as it broke through 50 on the downside....I was sure that if I didn't get it right away, I would miss out on some easy mad money. So I jumped off the treadmill I was running on, grabbed my cell phone and placed an order for 1500 shares @47 figuring I would make a quick 10K or so on the rebound I expected to take place within hours. The net result of my exuberance was a 25K loss I took for taxes on the 31st of Dec. Nay Robert, you don't have to wait for death to be recognized for your wisdom, I commend you now.
