Pat, I said it yesterday morning, and all the 6-Sigma bulls said NO WAY. Time is here, time is now, don't miss the train. The message seems quite clear to me. Maybe it's getting clear to others. I am not committing new ST/MT and very small amounts of LT money to this market yet. CNBC reports that Greenspan didn't wait because of default risks. Russia missed a payment owed to other countries, Japan is paying 5% on notes and their interest rates are .5%. There is an increasing likelyhood that there will be bankruptcy filing, too, especially in the California Energy producers. The bond market is NOW pricing in ANOTHER rate cut before the next meeting. Feels like LTCM and 1998 all over again. Steve
