Tough question, not many, companies such as MLNM, HGSI, INCY, and CRA do not have leaps, an NBIX does not even have options. A SEPR, Chiron etc have leaps, and probably some of the other large bios. I will check further.

IMCL has some '03 leaps. 8/31 they had $320m in ms, and recently felt so good/smug about their cash postion they pulled the follow-on last month. I think a $2b market cap is not your idea of having a 'margin of safety', but by '03 they could strike oil under corporate headquarters. I own some '02s that I am presently not proud of nor especially embarrassed by.

Why are all those sellers standing between me and my financial goals? Oh, maybe it is because I AM doing my own analysis. :-{

re: cash-rich biotechs that offer LEAPS

Here's the intersection of biotechs and LEAPS offered.. (not necessarily 'cash rich')

AMGN BCHE BGEN CHIR GENZ ICOS IMCL IMNX SEPR WPI

(was rather suprised to not see Genentech on the list, I guess Roche hasn't let them public again for long enough)
