In other words, "no matter what you think your asset is worth, the market will determine what it is worth, and if you want to sell it, you will sell it at market price, period, or die in the attempt.>> There IS such as thing as "buying back your own property" by turning down offers to sell at market price. I'm guilty of the same stupidity in this market right now.
