If you or anyone else on this thread can think of other tech stocks that have a very good reward/risk ratio

It would be my thought that if you liked AMAT you would also like NVLS. I'm a firm believer in paired stocks from the same area.

Here are some of the pairs that should work out.

1) AMAT & NVLS (both will rise or sink together)
2) TXN and ADI (both are powerhouses in DSP's)
3) ATML and SSTI (both are strong in Flash memory)

Perhaps some other thread posters have insights into other paired stocks.

Too often in the past I made a bet on a single stock in a single category only to see a competitor out pace it in share appreciation.

This is a very simplistic approach,
The simple plans usually work out best

Have a good week-end... Jerome

If you or anyone else on this thread can think of other tech stocks that have a very good reward/risk ratio here then please post your suggestions. I think TXN may be another one.

There are so many...

I agree with TXN.

Others I like at current levels are JDSU, EMC, VRSN, and MOT.

Smaller techs: IMG, REFR, IDX, NUFO.
I'm traveling and don’t have the time to justify/comment. You will have to do your own dd. I believe they are worth looking at.
