Thanks Toscano, Mass Psychology and the pendulum like
swings from euphoria to Greed are certainly Alive and
well in the 21st Century.

The IMF's Stanley Fischer said the body would lower their forecasts of 3.2% US growth and 4.2% world growth (according to the Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore) but did not say what the revised numbers would be though it was described as being 'significant'.

World Growth of 4.2% is too high in my opinion.
