A year delay would give 1X another year to demonstrate its performance and allow for significant deployment of HDR. If data apps pickup quickly and begin to really drive demand (Wintel-like) for data services, then maybe we would begin to hear the Koreans talking about using some HDR in the new spectrum. Also, a delay would afford more time for Q to develop a tech fix for the roaming issue. Wishful thinking? /jack
