Presume you saw the Verizon Radio Shack release. They have been working on OTA provisioning for almost a year (using phone.com WAP server). I presume they now have it enabled.

Well dealers can add a lot of value. Western Wireless of course launched (what is now VoiceStream) in early 1996 with OTA provisioning using Sprint Spectrums GSM OTA gateway software and have upgraded that capability ever since.
