IS - I am unable to discover any relationship between the Essam Khashoggi of ERTH and the infamous arms merchant, Adnan Kashoggi, who has filed his significant ownership in GENI, a suspect company. ESSAM KHASHOGGI has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company since its organization in November 1992. Mr. Khashoggi also served as Chairman of the Management Committee and Chief Executive Officer of E. Khashoggi Industries, LLC ("EKI") and its predecessor entity, E. Khashoggi Industries, since their organization in October 1997 and June 1991, respectively. Mr. Khashoggi has served as a director and officer of a number of domestic and foreign companies engaged in licensing, manufacturing, real estate marketing and design and has served as a Trustee for the University of California Santa Barbara Foundation. LAYLA KHASHOGGI has served as a Director of the Company since its organization in November 1992. Ms. Khashoggi has also been a member of the Management Committee of EKI since its organization in October 1997 and a Director of CTC for the past five years. Ms. Khashoggi has served as an Executive Committee member of the Laguna Blanca School Board, Chairman of the Development Committee of Laguna Blanca School, Site Council Member of San Marcos High School, Co-Chairman of the Budget Committee of San Marcos High School, Executive Committee member of the Santa Barbara Zoo Board and Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Santa Barbara Zoo Board. Ms. Khashoggi is Essam Khashoggi's spouse.

Well, perhaps I spoke too soon. This lady seems to think that Essam of Santa Barbara (Essam of ERTH has Santa Barabara connections) is Adnan's brother....... robinsweb.com Essam Kashoggi - brother of Adnan Kashoggi, the Arms Trader. Once known as the richest man in the world. Kashoggi was irritated because when we went to the Laguna Blanca Festival, we wouldn't let them go ahead of us on the Hot Air Balloon ride. I don't care how much money you have. Wait your turn!!! Now, if he had pulled out a thousand dollar bill, I might have relented. Remember, I wouldn't let Arnold Palmer have our table, either!
