Joel- I think RAL could be in trouble. Just heard on the History Channel that the Golden Gate Bridge has recently become the most popular suicide spot in the world...and they come from everywhere East Coast, West Coast and locals (more dotbombers as of late?) They don't publish the body count anymore after one guy jumped many years ago with the number 500 pinned to his coat. Well given that it's CA, if it gets much more crowded, jump spot traders will bid up the price of jump spots. Of course, I expect a bond bail out.
