I was disappointed with the $124 million from the toys site. The quarter will have to ride on Electronics.


Most electronic items are high enough in price to permit the free shipping for the consumer. That being the case and electronics having very low margins, where does the profit come from? I am still old fashioned. I believe a retailer needs profits to continue.

Indeed. Now we know, and the figures reflect the call I made on December 21st:

This is a difficult call to make as we have very little guidance on the price per item (specially with the Toys R Us
deal). My guess that they won't reach $1 billion in sales, unless they include the full price of each toy sold...
