i clear all cache and all cookies at least once a day. ( #reply-15108921 ) sometimes more frequently. and i'm getting the infernal error message big time.

maybe you ought to rethink this statement. it ain't correct.

Yes, I have figured out that the best thing to do when I get the infernal error message is to click on my login tab in Netscape and start over. This usually get me back in the system for a few screens.

I have also noticed that my modem has a lot of upload-download activity while I am running SI, your comment about cookie problems makes me wonder if the SI system is the cause.
