I agree with your analysis, we differ on slight points dealing with thresholds. I have watched CREE for years and it is both volatile and, fairly, predictible. If it goes down enough for my buy to go through, I will monitor & dump if it breaks to the downside. If it dips & climbs (as I expect), I will sell well before the upper Bollie is approached.

In this market, all we can do is day-trade cautiously. The market is too dang volatile to think about the long-term.

I was listening to a pundit on CNBC the other day talking about a stock that he thought would yield 20% in a year or so, while the indexes are moving more than 5% per day. It makes no sense.
