LOL, you aren't alone!

BTW, what is King Day?

King's Day is also known as the 12th Day, Feast of the Epiphany, etc. In a nut shell, it's the day that the Three King's actually got to the baby Jesus. Christmas is the celebration of that birth, King's Day is the celebration of their arrival, etal. People in Southern Louisiana celebrate this much like Christmas but even longer. It starts on January 6th thru Ash Wednesday. The day is marked with a special cake called a King's Cake. It's also eaten thru Ash Wednesday. Mardi Gras falls in place and we celebrate up until we're marked by the Ashes leaving church.......
