blake... Is Hyundai next in line to settle with Rambus? Or have they done so already? If not, give me a reason that they shouldn't, given the circumstances.

"In fact, Rambus only late last month qualified a new Direct RDRAM
die shrink from Hyundai, Kanadjian said. “Obviously they want to be
competitive in the growing Direct Rambus market,” he said.
“RDRAM prices continue to go down in an orderly fashion as
production ramps up. At the same time, the PC market is shifting
from sub-$1,000 models to higher-performance systems, where
Rambus excels.” "

"The move evoked new cries of protest from Hyundai's U.S.-based
DRAM market rival, Micron Technology Inc., which claimed the
bailout violates World Trade Organization (WTO) rules. A
spokeswoman for Micron, Boise, Idaho, said the company has
asked Congress and the U.S. Trade Representative to take action
in response to the Korean government's bond purchase."
