George, Thanks for your comments and insights on this thread. I have been following your, and Slider's, postings the past several months and have found them to be very educational. I recently joined the Hays advisory newsletter. Good reading and insights there too. Hays is advising investment, depending on ones risk tolerance, to stocks, bonds, and zero cash. Do you know what type of bonds he is advising, (short term, int., long), (corp. or treas). I have been meaning to e-mail him this same question. Some serious problems with California utilities. I've been catching up on some IBD reading on this matter. PF
