Zeev, <<extremely low volume>> Never fear, higher volume will occur as Harken increases the outstanding. <VBG>

Zeev,
I've never had the pleasure of building a 12 inch line, but my Halliburton engineering book says a 12 inch line has about 33 times the capacity of a 2 inch line (which I am more familiar with)....
I have put over 700 bbls per day thru a 2 inch at relatively low pressure...
So I would estimate the 12" would easily handle 25,000 bbls/day...
Razor can probably tell us exactly how much with a given line pressure and gravity...
At last report I think the Boliver was only producing 800 bopd due to restricted deliverability.... they are trucking the oil out. I am not so naive to believe that the wells are 10,000 bopd producers (as they tested)... but I am naive enough to hope they might be capable of 1,500 bopd.
I'm looking for significant news within the next two weeks.
The five dollar level could easily be blown through with significant volume, too.
Razor is right-on... some hype or news could make a huge difference. I hope the hype IS news. And I also hope the first news is good (not a dry hole or failed recompletion).
We just need a little good luck.

Rod.

Zeev: I always value and respect your thoughts about particular companies. I revisited your opinion about HEC. With current volume (see end of trading on Friday), and a 62% jump in valuation in two trading days, I'm beginning to think that the criteria for a change in the tide have been met? Have you been following HEC's activity? Thoughts? In any case, it's pretty exciting to be holding a position that is moving so dramatically. Seems to me that some news must be on the horizon. This stock has been red hot since Thursday afternoon.
