Well, like I said, which is no small coincidence to the title of Hillary's book, "It Takes A Village Idiot"... all I can say is thank goodness for free speech, at least this way everyone can know the folly of one's thoughts... and it seems better that one speak his mind openly than for him to be whispering and conspiring in secret...<g> but, to answer your initial question about how someone can get so dumb, I suppose many years of bad company and exposure to street drugs could really fry and distort anyone's brain..... egads!!!!! As of this moment, the courageous Members of Congress who are on the record in support of the challenge are: Alcee Hastings, Corinne Brown, Carrie Meek, Eddie Bernice Johnson, Mel Watt, Sheila Jackson Lee and Maxine Waters. about as big a bunch of leftwing whiners as you'll ever want to see. I am sure Hastings is still down in Fl., standing in front of the court house yelling "count the vote," and "stay out da Bushes" . Surely a JJJaKson protege hmmmm..post 777...is that good?
