Do you know how much money reserve did the central government have in 1930s ? JP Morgan was thought to be the richest man at that time in the bank. But by the time of his death, people became to realize he was just an ordinary banker. Afterall, it really looks very likely that the Bush's tax cut plan will be implemented very soon. Both parties have already agreed on the proposal. The key really is the big surplus in the govt.
