It looks neutral right now, which is better than where it was in November but is still not bullish.

Also, if you register for the free portion of InsiderTrader, you can setup a portfolio of 50 stocks and notifications will be sent to you when there is any insider activity.

Stephen- (insider selling) I think those 2 guys were talking about the market in general (and not techs specifically), although the impression I got is that they were pretty even-handed in their forecast of across-the-board bullishness.

Caveat: I last saw these guys on TV 2/3 weeks ago, so there could be (as you mentioned) a pickup of insider selling...however, I'd be surprised, almost shocked if it is exceeding what went on last spring/summer...
