The Economist, January 6-12, 2001 edition, page 72: Don't Say "New Economy." ....Still, it is odd how many of those carefully research "buy" and "hold" recommendations turned to "sell" once prices collapsed - whereas, if the scoundrels who produced them entertained the smallest conviction that their analysis had ever been correct, recent price falls would have bumped everything from "hold" and above to "insane bargain of a lifetime." - Fred
