Do you expect CREE to hold the channel (roughly 30-40) as it has been there for a month or so, or do these things usually break down? CREE has gaps at 25 and 22 from Nov and Oct of 99. Are you a firm believer that all such gaps fill? I am heavy in cash, with PUTs on financials right now. Thinking of a hedge with long calls on CREE and or CRA. Both seem to be near what I would consider their ultimate bottoms. CRA has $1B in cash on hand which is about $18 of their share price and book value is 21. Any thoughts?
