Mark, if I had Dells options I would too.
The way I look at it MD feels his shares have got to worth more than $5ps.

Executive Michael Dell exercised stock options earlier this week to buy
11,960,000 common shares of the company, according to a Form 4 filed Friday
with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Jan. 2, Dell exercised the options to buy the shares for 98 cents to
$4.63 a share for a total price of about $34.6 million
.

The purchases increased his direct ownership in the company to 309,070,469
shares. His direct ownership of company stock options fell to 6,565,595 after
the purchases, according to the filing.

Shares of the computer systems company recently traded Friday at $19.69 a
share.
