I would prefer keeping Roe v. Wade, even though I consider it one the most blatant and outrageous pieces of judicial legislation to ever come down the pike. (Funny. My copy of the constitution doesn't include a "right to privacy". And how do you get from that to a right to abortion?)

HOWEVER I will give up Roe v. Wade to kill that other abortion- -affirmative action.

Obviously I'm a racist. Never even suspected it till now.

I agree 100% on not letting them frame the argument in their terms. The survivors of the murdered law enforcement officers might make for interesting testimony when the topic of Judge White comes up.
