More rocks will be thrown at Ashcroft from outside the senate than inside. At least that is my guess. And yes, I am somewhat familiar with Hastings and believe he would make a pretty good "poster child" for our side. I think more exposure of his views might embarrass some democrats into doing some rethinking. If there are any left that can still be embarrassed.

It would be nice if ANY Media would ask that very question.... HOW does an impeached "Judge" get seated without a challenge, especially with that in his background??????
.. Ha(s)tings is a Rep. not a Sen. However,does make you wonder how an impeached Judge gets seated w/o a challenge. JLA
