A) I'm not long ARBA or ETYS
B) I'm not long any companies that have gone public in the last 3 years.
C) I don't sound like Cramer, he has not been recommending tech (which is what I'm long). Second of all he owns the distinction of telling everyone to stay away from tech just hours before Greenspan cut rates and tech exploded. I was bullish on large cap "safe" tech right before Greenspan cut. So while I may share some bullishness with him, I am not a Cramer copy-cat.

Speaking of Cramer, I read that Todd Harrison, the head trader at his hedge fund, who has been trying to carefully trade his way off a bottom (and has been quite accurate lately), even began to get discouraged and couldn't pull the trigger on any longs.

We're continuing to cover into this abyss, but I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on longs, and that, in itself, should tell you that we probably should be starting to nibble. Our NDX 2250 level has been hit, and I've slipped the other leg into Hoofy ... this makes deux.

Truth be told, my head hurts, and while I'm struggling to stay lucid into the last half hour, this four-day week has felt like four months. This market is bipolar, and while the lower prices make me incrementally more bullish, I am apt to wait till Monday when I'm fresh before adding anything significant.

Remember, Morgan's tech conference starts Monday, and there should be some opportunities to play more situations and less market, so don't press here. In the meantime, I anxiously await a warm couch, a fresh beer and a Raider victory. Good luck into the close, cookie.
