Haim - I would agree with your statements but what will be instead? WS Swindlers or the Sec of treasury? A gold monetary standard, and 100% backed gold certificates and tokens, while imperfect, would solve a lot of problems. The problem is that there are no honest inpartial and smart people in any government, ALL of them have an agenda. That is why government must be strictly limited in its size, scope and power, so the imperfections of its agents have limited repercussions. Regards, Don
