FredE, ServerWorks it was - did you listen to the conference call? Dr. Henry's lust for creating and building the DNA of the internet was palpable. (He did a nice job placating the analysts on BRCM and INTC's love/hate relationship.)

I was off with my speculation, but, maybe not too far off. Given BRCM's strategic direction, LSI would be a logical next step. Hell, the company can be bought in cash for just under $7 billion.

Within five years, there will not be a piece of internet enabled hardware that doesn't have Broadcom inside. I'm including microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, toaster ovens and clock radios!

I am buying more BRCM with every available dollar I have and attempting to avoid getting sucked into the margin toilet and having to sell out. I am hoping to have learned some leasons in this last market nosedive.

Cheers, Keith
