Mr. Tom Raabe, who is NOW the CEO, was not in charge (..but was an officer..) at the time they apparently got in a jam.

The company has maintained a current reporting status since he became the CEO, and is making great prgress as a developing company.

If you don't like AREE, don't buy any. But if you're of a mind to bash the company, or insult current share holders - you won't be doing it here.
