SCM is not just logistics. Itwo and Arba entered into an alliance last spring. itwo looks ready to dump arba because it does not need them any more. ARBA is likely to respond by trying to buy a start-up to try to get into SCM. It will be far behind itwo in scm which is a far higher value-added area because of its producivity enhancing capabilities -- which is, in the real "new economy" the name of the game.
