pearly - ...I sent my copy of "The creature from Jeckle Island" down to some family, and they have come back with a few retorts much like your own.... Although the title sounds vaguely familiar, I'm not familiar with the book, nor did any book search come up with any result. ...Thing is I haven't even "driven in the pickets" yet, and that book will end up with the Fabians and some merchant bankers....
