I ran Bud in some of the NAHRA trials. They were pass/fail unlike the AKC win loose trials. Both types were fun but the driving got tedious. If there ever is a field trial in your area it's worth watching. The puppy events have you rooting for every puppy and knowing something will divert his attention. The Championship or Masters division will have you expecting Lizzy to cook dinner and tune your car. Those dogs are incredible.

The hangup was that Lizzie is a pet, and there is a requirement that pets not be used.
Ah, yes, forgot that rule. I don't usually do SRC (Science Review Committee). Only when no one else is available. It is complicated enought that it chews up 3 board members- -all they do is do it and keep abreast of changes.
