Are we having a pedantic thing here? Earnings cash flow?What makes a stock go up? What is misleading and what is real? Why would any stock trade at 4X earnings, ever especially if it has growth prospects? 6X times is not a premium is it? To what? Doesn't it boil down to the company that has a dominant market position and gets a superior return on invested capital? Doesn't that deserve a premium? Over what? Do you have a definition of invested capital? EPS is a very inadequate measure in my view.
