A few things about this latest Bridge "General counsel has already been decided on in California." But of course it's so top secret that Rich can't divulge. I'm also assuming we will hear from the girl Ken pressed for weeks to get hired. She worked as a receptionist. She had problems, How scummy is this. Why does Rich have to divulge that she had some kind of problem. Looks like Rich scummily selling out an employee to try to get himself over as a good guy. Ain't happening Rich. I'm told we will not be able to make the February 5th date for our stockholders' meeting. Lol, why the hell not? They have no problem having an open house but not a shareholder meeting. What's the diff? Well you'd have to mail a proxy out to shareholders to make it a real shareholder metting, so what Rich is really saying is he's still no ready to file the proxy and divulge he is a felon. Well he's been outed, one wonders if maybe there's another person with something to hide. Rich has been putting off filing that proxy statement since April, and said as recently as November that proxies would be mailed the next week. It is my very strong opinion that there won't be a meeting because there won't be a SEVU by that time, but we'll see. I'll bet $100 to the first poster that wants the action, that SEVU gets halted before Feb. 2, 2000 money payable to your favorite charity or mine. CMB

With the average weekly pay here at around $550 and a huge need for help in the job market, I doubt that any employee is going to lie to protect their job. One more thing...Arch Cook has been with me a long time, the bulk of his nest egg was employee bonus stock! You stand corrected alot Mr Mcbride, it seems to be a pattern that you have. We arent about to disclose who they are, for they seem to be quite afraid of you , Mr Mcbride or should I say Mcfly The fact is I have allowed a few people with questionable legal problems to come to work here. Call it a gut feeling, but I believe in second chances and I know mistakes can be made... although I was NOT convicted of anything, everyone continues to say "convicted felon." You are a felon, whether you were convisted or pled no contest to the charges, thats just the way it is, and you failed to disclose it. You even " tell this story often, don't you" problem is you never told your shareholders, the ones who really deserve to know I intend to proceed first thing Monday morning with legal action against Mr. Ken Cook. The case is on tape, and I'm assuming more evidence will be available, as well as some other people involved. Take a good look around you Mr Mcbride it isnt just those people who are now begginning to talk I no longer see any humor in this undertaking. Think about this: MY FAMILY AND LIFE HAVE BEEN THREATENED. That is a separate matter for my family and the Police. You havent disproven one single claim we have made, you have just offered crap and garbage some of it, altered to suit your own twisted version of the truth. My life has been threatened repeatedly in dozens of RB posts, over and over again. It comes with the territory, I do not condone any kind of physical threats and all my info was derived from regular people who simply werent going to lie to perpetuate your fraud. He has none. We have a limited number of rooms at the resort next door, so please call ASAP. You must RSVP to attend this open house, 1pm to 6pm on Saturday, February 5th.
