What disqualifies him in your mind is his opinion, not his qualifications. If Janet Reno is qualified, Ashcroft is damn well qualified. Hate speech: "Ashcroft's election year BS" rergarding Judge White. I lifted the "BS" from your own post which you took exception to the term in my reply in typical hypocritical demolib fashion.
