Yep.... Of course we all knew this last year when the carriers were suggesting that capex was decreasing. They said that in 1999 as well.. and we all know what happened then. Fact is, these carriers need to build out to keep/grow their customer base. If they don't they will lose the competitive battle and others will step in. So, the capex issue is slowly fading away.... as those that are in touch with the facts of the market suggested would happen. ZO, thanks for the post.... OG
