Are you referring to humanitarians like Lenin, Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Ceaucescu (sp? that Rumanian guy), and numerous others I can't even remember?

They sometimes excuse Lenin, Stalin, and Mao by saying it is necessary to destroy your enemies when engineering a revolution.

Funny. I don't remember ever hearing George Washington called a mass murderer.
