coz...i think you are dead on. what seemed to be very questionable in terms of democratic opposition (success of tax cut) now seems to be exactly what the economy needs to inject add'l liquidity into the system. and we will see another rate cut from the fed very soon...depending on news to come no later than the end of month...and if more items surface ref bank loans the unprecedented action of another 1/2 before the meeting is not out of the question. this is exactly the time to begin to build a portfolio...gradually, maybe averaging in. but which stocks? in what sectors? at what price? hopefully the discussions on your board will help all of us address those questions.
