A healthy portion of 'Ice Road Truckers' is devoted to Denison's heroic pioneering of ice roads and what today is ice road technology. An old man now, Denison himself is interviewed and is the soul of understatement. Describing the very first run he lifts his shoulders and with palms up says, "Well we just did it." An hour well spent.
