True. The overall effect will be the same though which was my point. Yardeni's model was last updated on the 29th of December thus it was using last quarter's earnings. The prices will be somewhat the same or even lower while the earnings will be higher following this quarter's announcements thus the over all PE ratio for the indexes will be lower while the ten year note yields will also be lower. This should put stocks below the fairly valued line when he updates it next if I am figuring this out correctly.
