Vector1,

Your portfolio has been known to short things, though. Given the apparent capitulation by biotech fund managers the last couple of days, it may be a little late. Still, when you say "I am concerned about this market" -- which I've seen you post twice in the last year -- you have been right to be concerned. Why not put the portfolio's money where its mouth is? Next time you feel compelled to say such things, short something! Not that I should be telling you anything about how to run one of these, just a thought.

Cheers, Tuck

Short of shorting...

A candidate for (the long side of) the portfolio that may continue to hold up better than many of the strictly 'biotech' choices: a medical device manufacturer - Hypertension Diagnostics (HDII).

See the HDII thread - which contains a news item from today - for initial background information (I'll provide a synopsis here upon request).
