and Fiscal Year 2000

OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan 8, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cole Computer Corporation
(OTCBB:COLV.OB), an Oklahoma City-based manufacturer of personal computers
("Cole Computers" or "Company"), announced today preliminary sales results for
its fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2000 and fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2000.

The Company had record revenues of $3,692,529 for fourth quarter 2000, as
compared to revenues of $1,860,873 for fourth quarter 1999; an increase of
$1,831,656 or 98%. The $3,692,529 fourth quarter 2000 revenue figure represents
a sequential increase of $961,556 or 35% over third quarter 2000 revenue of
$2,730,973. The increase was due from $1,207,586 in related party transactions
and $624,070 in non-related party transactions.

The Company had record revenues of $10,947,228 for the 12 months ended Dec. 31,
2000, as compared to revenues of $8,737,700 for the 12 months ended Dec. 31,
1999, an increase of $2,209,458 or 25%. The $2,209,458 increase in sales when
comparing 2000 to 1999 resulted from $1,713,136 in related party transactions
with Lasertech, and $496,322 of full year sales in 2000 from the three (3)
retail stores that opened in 1999, stores No. 10, No. 11 and No. 12.

Gross and Net Profit numbers were not available at announcement time.
