putting the risk you speak of aside -g-, you make a good point. I will also add that you need a fine eye to see what you described. I tend to agree as past performance certainly does not support their --all of a sudden found-- good will. unless, such good will would come from their conversion to mother Theresa's army of do-gooders. OPEC ? i don't think so. as you point out oil prices after this winter may begin to come down more dramatically, then we will have the opportunity to see this "new" solidarity at work. one thing to add is, temperatures have begun to warm up in some areas, or at least they have become milder and not as cold as they had been expected.
