Is the data normally available for the whole year, or on Q by Q basis ?

and, if the later, is Q3 data already out ?

Preliminary reports should be available (or will be shortly) from the big research houses (Dataquest, IDC, etc.) for Q3. The quarterly ones are usually less detailed than the end-of-year reports. I don't have access to any of the reports at this time. Maybe someone else knows for sure.
