Gary, The reason that even good news does not help is that after huge losses, most of the bulls begin to invest in the traditional way: think of valuation first and then buy. Lots of momentum players hve been killed within the last 8 months... The annoying thing is, even with NASDAQ down over 50%, value investors see now reason to rush in buy the big caps because most of them are still way overvalued in the traditional way. The small and mid cap offer some compelling buys, but not the big cap, and certainly not the ex-momentum favorite. CSCO, JUSU are just two of the exmaples. larry!
