Judge White is not and has never been chief Justice of the Missouri Supreme Court. osca.state.mo.us In your earlier post you stated that Judge White "White had joined an opinion to throw out a conviction " (Refering to James Johnson case). Judge White was the lone dissenter. It seems that you are deliberately posting false information or perhaps you are just un-informed. Also, you assertion that since the the nomination was on the senate floor it was too late ("there wasn't any chance for White or any other witnesses to refute ") is also FALSE. Additional hearings are possible, Remember Clarence Thomas ? You sir are grossly un-informed.
