AG’s greatest move might just by accident be written in History annals as he who spurred growth in every other nation of the world promoting poverty within. i think uncle Al can not be blamed for every other success or failure around the globe. the poverty you speak of perhaps is due more to internal infrastructures (or lack thereof). more importantly, there may be places where local leaders could be rather liberal in their wield of the power-by-corruption variety. This, regardless of the tools and/or environment provided by uncle Al, will redirect the flow of any potential to improve on the lot of the less fortunate ones and end up in well... you know what i mean.
