There is a big difference between window shopping and buying. That says it all....I've been there many times and am totally disgusted with the offerings. They tout the hottest processors i.e. 1.2Ghz Athlons and and 1.4/1.5Ghz P4's and then have the gall to match them up with ancient options. One example is the CD-RW drives with a capability of 4 X 2 X 24 speeds. I emailed them about a year ago suggesting they should have the latest technology everything in the high end offering but they obviously don't listen. They maybe don't even read their email as I didn't get a response to my message. The current high end CD-RW's are 16 X 10 X 48 and some now even have "Burn-proof" technology but you don't see them offered by Compaq. Robin
