They look at their flows coming in if positive they
buy if negitive they sell..
IE If more people cash out, funds sell so the cash outs
wind up with low Navs..if more people are coming in
they will buy to run up the Navs.

I'm not making a call yet , but it don't look good so
far as it made a new low from it's 9:45 low.
All I'm looking at is the NDX..and the most $ traded
12 in it.

Well I didn't miss the time very much..
looks like the tickets were negative early on
then at the last min people came in so they
bought back cheaper than they sold..
Also some profit taking by shorts.
However the Low it made doesn't make
for this late rally to be real bullish.
The NDX is pushing hard to close flat..
